The Making-A-Difference Foundation was established by Ryan Dejak, apple seeds Birthday and Event Manager, and the Dejak family, following the passing of Ryan’s brother, Mark. In his short 21 years, Mark touched the lives of countless people and was always willing to help others. In his passing, the Making-A-Difference Foundation was created to continue Mark’s mission to support and provide assistance to those in our society who most need it. Over the past two years, the Making-A-Difference Foundation has continued its mission to create educational scholarships, support the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect, provide financial assistance to help build a playground for the Horace Mann School for Deaf in Allston, MA, and support the Lupus Foundation of America. With your support and generosity, the Making-A-Difference Foundation truly can MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
To support the efforts of the Making-A-Difference Foundation, apple seeds is holding a membership raffle. Tickets cost $5 each and all proceeds benefit the efforts of the Making-Difference Foundation. One winner will be picked at our Chelsea and UWS locations on October 31st.
